Our Management Team

Elifnur Saltan – Legal Representative and Budget Manager She holds a degree in Turkish Language and Literature. She is responsible for managing the project’s budget and tracking expenditures; she also coordinates the preparation of meeting materials and project deliverables. She serves as our organization’s legal representative.

Sertan Saltan – Coordinator He has been working as a civil servant at the Ministry of National Education since 2016. He specializes in official correspondence, the use of digital tools, and accessibility policies and reporting. He oversees the overall coordination of the project and manages official documentation processes.

Nisanur Halıcı – Communications and International Relations Coordinator She manages the human resources network by planning institutional visits.

Elanur Doğan – Planning and Visibility Coordinator. She holds a degree in Sports Management. She ensures the smooth operation of the project activity calendar. She also manages outreach and visibility efforts by creating and sharing website and social media content.

Yaren Karadağ – Head of Editorial and Editorial Support She provides editorial support for the preparation of petitions, reports, and written documents produced as part of the project.

Ayşenur Halıcı – Monitoring, Evaluation, and Corporate Communications She organizes meetings with public institutions. She prepares participant surveys, conducts monitoring and evaluation processes, and compiles reports on the data collected.
